Duke WooDen Toys liked to ride his might steed Knobby Knees out into the vastness of his Dukedom and spend hours sketching the wild animals he would see romping through the grass lands. 

After collecting many sketches he went to the Wood Workers Guild 001 head Craftsman and asked if he could create wooden jig saw puzzles from the drawings. The Duke wanted to pass the cool wooden puzzles out to the children of his Dukedom so that they could become familiar with all the wild life in the Dukedom.

The Duke knew that educational puzzles would need to be tested so he took the first production run of these educational puzzles into the castle and let the Prince and Princess field test the wooden jig saw puzzles.

Duke WooDen Toys children Prince GaMes and Princess WidGet liked to sit at their wooden table (see kids furniture) designed for children and assemble the wooden jigsaw puzzles that the Wood Workers Guild 001 had made for them. Most of the wooden puzzles were in shapes of things the Duke saw when traveling through the Dukedom. These educational toys helped the Prince and Princess learn more about the things that lived in the Dukedom.  

The BIG pieces of the wooden jigsaw puzzles were easy for the Prince and Princess to handle and assemble. Playing with the wooden jigsaw puzzle pieces helped to develop their hand & eye co- ordination and finger dexterity.  

After the Prince and Princess approved the various designs of these new wooden toys the Duke added the jigsaw puzzles to the toy chests that he gave away on childrens birthdays.
